Mobile Detailing Services Policy, Terms & Conditions

1. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of mobile detailing—requiring pre-scheduled labor, time, travel, and non-refundable products—all sales are final once service is rendered. This includes:

Client dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations.

Failure to disclose pre-existing conditions or challenges.
-
Inaccessibility of the vehicle at the time of service.
-
Changes in weather, emergency reschedules, or cancellations.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once detailing has started. Any deposits or prepayments are strictly non-refundable.
2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may request to reschedule appointments; however, all rescheduling is subject to management discretion. You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to be eligible for rescheduling consideration.
Missed appointments, failure to provide access, or no-shows will result in:

Cancellation fees up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Possible denial of future service. (No-show must pay 50% of services to book again)
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, Prime Pros Detailz reserves the right to reschedule services without refund. We aim to reschedule at the earliest convenience, but this is not guaranteed.
3. SERVICE SATISFACTION & CORRECTIVE OPTIONS
While we strive for the highest standards, detailing involves manual work and cannot guarantee perfection. Clients are responsible for reviewing the completed work at the time of service or within 24 hours.
If you are unsatisfied:

Contact us within 24 hours.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free touch-up or reservice.

Requests beyond 24 hours will not be honored.

No corrections or reworks will be made for issues not directly caused by our service or due to pre-existing conditions.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION & DISCLOSURE
Clients must disclose the following before service:

Known damage or defects.
-
Delicate materials or specialty finishes.
-
Non-OEM installations (wraps, plasti-dip, electronics, sensors).
We are not liable for damage resulting from:

Aged, brittle, or oxidized paint or trim.
-
Faulty aftermarket installations.
-
Water intrusion due to defective seals.
-
Stained or faded upholstery, sun damage, or rust.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle, Prime Pros Detailz and staff is not responsible for any damages that may occur during or after the detailing service.
5. LIABILITY WAIVER
By agreeing to service, you release Prime Pros Detailz and its staff from liability for:

Any pre-existing damage or hidden defects exacerbated by detailing.

Items lost, damaged, or left in the vehicle.
-
Mechanical or electrical failures during or after the cleaning process.

Cosmetic imperfections not caused by our actions.
You are responsible for removing all valuables prior to service.
6. SAFETY, WEATHER, & LOCATION LIMITATIONS
We operate in outdoor environments and may pause, refuse, or reschedule service in the event of:

Heavy rain, lightning, wind, or extreme temperatures.

Unsafe environments or restricted property access.
-
Customer not being present or responsive at the time of arrival.
We do not detail in underground garages, private HOA areas without prior approval, or hazardous workspaces.
7. VEHICLE ACCESS & PREPARATION
Clients must ensure:

The vehicle is accessible and legally parked.
-
Keys or keyless entry is available.
-
All valuables and personal items are removed.
-
Children and pets are kept away from the work area.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation fees or service refusal.
8. BOOKING AS LEGAL AGREEMENT
By booking any service with Prime Pros Detailz—whether online, by phone, text, or social media—you agree to these terms and conditions in full. This agreement:

Does not require a physical signature.

Is legally binding upon scheduling.

Can be used as proof of consent in any legal setting or dispute.
It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this document before booking.
9. MODIFICATIONS & JURISDICTION
Prime Pros Detailz reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with or without notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy regularly.
This policy shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of our business registration.
10. CLIENT AUTHORIZATION & MEDIA RELEASE POLICY
By scheduling and confirming any service with Prime Pros Detailz, the client (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
10.1 Authorization to Perform Services
The Customer affirms that they are the registered owner of the vehicle or have full legal authority to grant access to and approve professional detailing services. By booking with Prime Pros Detailz, the Customer consents to all services as outlined in their selected package.
10.2 Vehicle Access & Preparedness
The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
10.3 Media Release Consent
The Customer grants Prime Pros Detailz, its employees, agents, and affiliates, the irrevocable right to photograph and/or video record the vehicle before, during, and after the detailing service. These images or recordings may be used for:

Quality assurance
-
Portfolio documentation
-
Advertising
-
Promotional content
-
Social media marketing
Such media may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed without additional notice or compensation. No identifying details (e.g., license plate, address, personal likeness) will be shared without explicit consent.
10.4 Opt-Out Option
Customers who do not wish their vehicle or service to be featured in any form of media must submit a written opt-out request prior to their scheduled appointment. This request must include the customer’s full name, service date, and confirmation of opt-out preference.
By proceeding with a booking, the Customer affirms their understanding and acceptance of the above terms.
